Modern Freestyle Karate

Classes in Freestyle Karate are open to both juniors and seniors. Most classes start out with dynamic stretching to get the body warmed up before moving into kihon (basics) and kata (forms.) We try to make sure every class ends with some type of kumite (sparring) or partner work.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai Kickboxing

A basic class in Muay Thai consists of a Warm-up, Skipping, Stretching, Pushups and Sit-ups, Technique Work, Shadow Boxing, Partner Drills and Sparring. A typical class provides the student with a great overall workout.
